SLA printing with a minimum layer height of 0.05 mm (0.002 in), helping reduce visible layer lines compared with coarser layers. Maximum printing dimensions: 550 × 550 × 350 mm (21.7 × 21.7 × 13.8 in). Master patterns prepared for silicone mold making.

A customer needed 15 soap bars per mold. We poured the silicone in two stages, 30 minutes apart, to reduce the initial filling pressure and the risk of leakage from the assembled mold housing.

For this crystal-cluster project, we used Shore A 15 silicone. The workshop mold and the customer’s finished jelly wax candles show the project from mold making to the final cast shape.

This 30 cm (11.8 in) Athena project follows the workshop sequence: prepare the printed master, pour the silicone in two stages, demold and trim, then test the mold with plaster.

The Lady Justice mold pairs a flexible silicone liner with a rigid outer shell. The shell supports the liner during plaster pouring; it opens for access so the silicone can be peeled away from the casting.
